Another example of community involvement is through leadership and participation in local and state industry associations. Steve, Doug, and Brad Sutter, as well as several of the managers in the company, have served on boards or been president of the local roofing association, as well as at the state level with the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal, and Air Conditioning Contractors Association. Steve Sutter served as president of FRSA in 2003, and as a board of director member and committee chair of the National Roofing Contractors Association, from 2000 to 2003. Doug Sutter served as the Chairman of the Board of the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange from 2007 to 2008.
